- Providing necessary utilities (water, electricity) during service delivery

Liability and Warranties
1. Service Warranties
We warrant that:
- Our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill
- Our staff are trained in commercial cleaning practices
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
- We comply with relevant health and safety regulations
However, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet all your specific expectations beyond what is agreed in your service contract.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- We do not warrant that our website will be secure, error-free, or free from viruses
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, including severe weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action
- Pandemics, epidemics, or other public health emergencies
- Failure of utilities or telecommunications
- Any other events beyond our reasonable control
In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will endeavour to resume services as soon as reasonably practicable.
